TherapyNotes is the rare company which still gives excellent customer service In my most recent interaction I called and immediately got someone on the phone in the past if there is no one immediately available I appreciate that they tell you what number you are in line and an approx wait time Kat took care of me calmed me down helped me figure out what support I needed walked me through the steps even showing me directly what I needed to do and sent me a detailed email outlining what we talked about She also let me know the next steps and how to recontact her or someone else if necessary I had been hesitant to pay for therapynotes as a solo practitioner who had done all the notes and billing myself for many years but I don t regret my monthly fees in the slightest now
