I didn t know I needed The Ready State

I didn t know I needed The Ready State until I needed The Ready State As a recreational athlete in my late 40s my lower back has been getting tighter and tighter Thank you declining estrogen levels To the point where skinning up a mountain or riding single track was very uncomfortable and frustrating Nothing I did seemed to help Then I discovered TRS and within the first three days of signing up and doing some of the exercises I noticed my lower back was not as tight I didn t have to get off my bike after 30 minutes and stretch just so I could keep going I am committed to this mobility practice for the rest of my life and look forward to my body being at a place where I can tap on Daily Maintenance instead of working on a pain area in the future It has been two weeks at this point and although my lower back is still tight it is not as tight which means that riding my bike is way more fun

Love it

Love it Great content I wouldn t mind seeing more ankle insertional Achilles tendinitis videos or challenges but that s just me Thanks for putting all this together

My Daily Routine

I m still using the app on a daily basis and absolutely love everything about the app I would say that my only complaint would be that my daily streak keeps getting reset to day 1 which is odd because I literally open the app every day and do daily maintenance first thing in the morning so not sure how it keeps resetting Regardless of that everything about the app is amazing I use it every morning before and after training and before going to bed I m happy that many of my students I teach Brazilian jiu jitsu have also subscribed and have told me how many of their aches and pains are dealt with from the ready state Keep up the good work

Leopard Roller

I have used many different types of foam rollers over the years but this one is the best The leopard spots make a huge difference as they allow you to scrub deep tissues I am very satisfied with my purchase

I d give it a 6 out of 5 but that s not an option

I ve been using TRS mobility coach since the Mobility WOD days and it s truly the best investment I ve made for my health Years of hard training without proper mobility work left me in bad positions but using TRS has enabled me to move better feel better and keep doing what I love

Fantastic app

I am 64 years old and was pretty convinced that my downward spiral was in a pretty advanced state Heard Dr Starrett on the AOM podcast and was captured by his enthusiasm also ngl his referring to himself as a big guy caught my attention I am 6 foot and I weigh 106kg not all of it flab Found the website looked at it did the currency exchange calculations and thought Eff it why not give it a try Had a minor issue that I can t remember queried it and was responded to by a female agent almost immediately Cleared up Struggled with watching the email videos Dave sorted that one so after sales service is top notch On the meaty side if things I did the mobilisation test and I was way better than I expected This came as a relief to me and I instantly noticed how with the change of mindset came a looser body I was mire mobile already I can perform the elevated pigeon on a fairly high surface The mobilisation work is incredible I struggle to find enough time to do all the work I want but DAMN I am loving it Excuse my excessive wordiness but I am enthused Thank you guys

The programming is thoughtful and intentional I know that when I utilize the mobility program through the ready state that I stand to not only work towards fixing trouble areas but I will be learning something new Their programming is top notch
