Online shopping is never easy particularly with the monumental decision purchase of kitchen cabinets and countertops Thankfully the RTAStore com was there to guide us at every step From the extremely helpful and very responsive customer service to the brilliant custom kitchen designs that Travis helped us with we couldn t be more pleased with the end result This was a long process all due to our own construction timeline and we were very grateful for the patience and helpfulness throughout the entire timeline that Travis provided us with

We are a residential contractor and have worked with Cathleen Ryan on several homes that we have built I give her our kitchen drawing and she has created Beautiful kitchens and bathrooms for our clients These cabinets from the RTA Store are quality cabinets and they are Beautiful Thank you Cathleen for all you do for your customers

Kitchen Design Experience

We worked with Cheryl from theRTAstore to design our kitchen and she was FABULOUS She worked with us over 2 weeks of back and forth correspondence and two 15-min phone calls She came up with a design that we couldn t even dream of suggesting very good ideas and giving solid advice Thank you so much Cheryl We can t wait to order our kitchen We ordered a sample and it was so beautiful

So great to have designers available

We had some ideas going in but Christina really helped it all come to life We had a lot of questions and made a lot of changes and she was very patient with us It is so wonderful to have an objective party with more knowledge help you in the planning process without the contractor Have not received the cabinets yet Will try to update once installed

This has been the most enjoyable experience My husband and I had several estimates for remodeling our kitchen and we were astounded at the prices We saw an advertisement for RTA and decided to try them Oh my gosh It was almost too easy I did everything through email I sent pictures and measurements of my existing kitchen Michael designed the perfect kitchen for us Granted we made a few changes along the way Michael was very patient and understanding Michael even set up the order for me including things I didn t even think about such as molding decorative doors etc I was able to confirm everything I wanted before completing the order And the prices were way more affordable than anyone else including the big box stores We received our cabinets about a week later and everything was perfect I highly recommend RTA for your remodeling needs

My experience at the RTA Store has been excellent Jennifer Noonan was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs She also responded very quickly to my email questions putting my mind at ease over the whole design process

First Experience and Impressed

This was our first experience with The RTA Store and I was very impressed Our designer Nicole was wonderful from the start until the end She was friendly open to my ideas and quick in communicating The cabinets are very nice quality for the price and we were very happy with how easily they went together A great value My only complaint is the requirement to inspect the cabinets for damage within 5 days of delivery I believe that is an unrealistic timeline when ordering entire kitchens with so many boxes Some pieces had some small damage but nothing worth replacing and most can be touched up easily We will definitely use The RTA Store for our next investment property

I was pretty nervous about buying new cabinets and getting the measurements right RTA s designer gave me new ideas for the space and made sure I had all the correct cabinets and accessories They were very patient with my questions and changes Very helpful

Great kitchen designer

So far we ve gone through the design process We had a great designer who was attentive to our requests She put together a fantastic design while communicating with us frequently We are looking forward to having the cabinets installed then can update the review
