The Salary Negotiator was extremely helpful--readily available when I had questions patient when I was unsure and clear in his explanations One thing I really appreciated was turning the research on the correct salary range over to him which allowed me to bask in the offer while feeling assured that I would be able to ask for and get to the right salary We achieved a small increase which was nice as was the assurance that my salary is both competitive and equitable The fee is also very reasonable in and of itself but especially when you consider the way the increase we negotiated will accumulate over time I recommend The Salary Negotiator
