Just awful

We paid 50 for delivery and installation of our new shed The agreed delivery date was missed a number of times and my wife had to keep taking days off work to meet the delivery men to no avail When they finally turned up they aggressively refused to set up the shed unless my wife paid them more money She refused to do so saying we had already paid the delivery and install fee So they just dumped it in the front garden in pieces leaving my wife in tears Repeated calls to the head office were met with ignorance and apathy What a horrible company

We wouldn t hesitate to recommend John and his team to anyone looking for top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional service We couldn t be happier with the incredible work John and his team did for us on our large shed project We needed a like-for-like replacement and they delivered exactly that but with a level of craftsmanship build quality and attention to detail that make it a truly exceptional version of the original While retaining all its original charm and character the new structure feels beautifully refined and thoughtfully designed The project wasn t straightforward with the structure located at the bottom of a long garden and requiring everything to be built on-site Despite these challenges John and his team tackled the job with tireless effort skill and an incredible attention to detail John s perfectionism and craftsmanship are extraordinary He treated every element of the job with care and precision going beyond expectations with thoughtful touches like hand-crafted window sills that add so much character and charm His pride in his work was evident every step of the way and the results speak for themselves We re absolutely delighted with the result Our replacement shed isn t just functional it s a stunning structure that will bring us joy for years to come A huge thank-you to John Charlie Tony and everyone at The Shed Factory for creating something truly exceptional

I found The Shed Factory very professional and helpful Initially John provided very detailed specifications which really helped me decide which shed was right for me As part of this process he answered any questions promptly and politely via WhatsApp The company also accommodated our needs regarding the delivery date The installation process itself was very smooth and professional - John Tony installed our shed in a day without problem It is raised from the ground and water protected with a gutter rain pipe and three small windows on one side - so looks cute as well as practical We were very pleased with the product and service we received from this company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new high quality shed
