New name same old tricks
Avoid at all costs This company previously known as Honestly Eco and My Little Eco Shop have now rebranded and supposedly teamed up with new business partners Having had a bad experience with Honestly Eco I was prepared to give them another chance especially as the products are so good BIG mistake I placed an order over a month ago and only 2 of the 6 items have been delivered Numerous emails and messages have gone unanswered and there is no way to even go about getting a refund Their website says all products are made to order with a 7-working-day lead time but at the bottom of the home page it states upto 5 working days Their website is incomplete mesaging inconsistent and the home page has been displaying the same get 50 off new launch ends midnight message for weeks now without actually ending at midnight Customer service are non-existent and so are emails apparently advising of delays I will be taking this up with trading standards as they should not be allowed to run a business like this especially given their track record and constant rebranding Don t be daft like me and steer clear of these scam artists

Avoid at all costs
Having used the company before their rebrand and been pleased wuth my purchase I placed an order at the end of August 2024 We are now the end of Nov and no products have been delivered numerous emails sent with no reply comments left on social media asking where my order is but then deleted Please do not buy from this company absolutely shocking and a scam
