I recently bought beds and sofas from the sleep shop and found the customer service exemplary David was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed about the delivery dates without my having to call back which is the norm these days There were 2 separate deliveries He actually came to the address when furniture was being delivered to ensure everything was placed correctly This was above and beyond any previous retail experience I ve had when it came to buying furniture I would highly recommend the sleep shop for the service quality and competitive prices You won t be disappointed
