Asking for false reviews so I can get a refund

Sole Glaze falsely took money from my account for a fake subscription I have since been emailed today telling me they will give me a refund if I leave them a 4 or 5 star positive review on Trust Pilot and it is the only way I can get my money back As a note I have already reported the company to my bank who have blocked them from taking money from my account I would rather leave an honest review in hope no one else falls for this Just call up your bank and report them
