I get a feeling this website is dishonest since the customer service email doesn t work

I purchased the basic soulmate drawing with no extras and have not received it yet I wanted to find out what the waiting period is So I checked on the website again and went to contact customer service There was an email address and I copied it correctly for sure and sent the email to ask how long the waiting time is since this wasn t mentioned when I purchased the service product After sending it away gmail sent an email back saying the email address was not found Based on this I believe this website or service is a scam Lesson learnt Don t trust just any adds on FB Just because FB is legit doesn t mean the adds and all the people on there are legit
