The Studio did a remarkable job of bringing a patch creation into being for our Girl Scouts movie event I shared an idea and they designed and edited it until it was perfect Even with an order of 400 custom patches these were gone within a day - so highly sought after because of the unique design A

Excellent Patches and Execution by Team

I ordered a small batch of fuzzy chenille patches The ordering process online was seamless and I was able to submit the order with very little trouble on my side The team provided a digital proof which was clear enough for me to approve They can also provide a physical proof of the patch but I needed it relatively urgently so I really liked that they gave me the option very clearly on the site with expected delivery dates to forgo that in order to get it sooner They shipped it out well ahead of schedule and it arrived 5 days before the earliest target date which was hugely appreciated as my tailor was already grieved at how late I was getting her the patch but we are good to go Thanks The Studio Will keep you in mind for future patches

Great communication and experience

I had sent my image in to create a patch and chose an embroidered patch to begin with My image was a little more involved with small lettering The Studio design professional reached out to let me know that with the embroidered patch they would need to drop out some of the smaller lettering but offered the woven option that would show the image perfectly They also showed me side by side mock ups to see the difference My woven patches turned out perfect and I appreciate the honest and further efforts The Studio went to to make it just right

Fantastic customer service They really do Aim to please They called me twice when my package was diverted to a local post office for pick up They wanted to make sure I got it Wow I m also very happy with the quality of the custom soft enamel pin I ordered and am looking forward to receiving my next order
