I was initially disappointed because after waiting for my grey reverse bar to be delivered I saw nothing in my mailbox but an empty ripped plastic bag I sent an email explaining what happed along with a video showing the condition of the plastic bag to Mane support I was expecting to wait for a typical response of 2 days later but I was really impressed when I received an email from Amanda from customer service on the same day with a replacement order No questions asked no run around and no bs My grey reverse bar replacement order is now being shipped and I could not wait I really appreciate the level of customer service I received from Superior Mane

Some of the best customer service I have seen No fault of their own but the delivery company delivered the item to the wrong address I contacted customer service and they could not have been more helpful Firstly they got back to me within a day Secondly they tried to locate the item which was unsuccessful so they did not hesitate to resend the item Highly recommend the company
