It s only because I can t put 0 star Don t buy their product Be careful big scam located in Turkey Their products did not suit me so I sent them back to us I paid very expensive taxes beacause they are in Turkey But now they refuse to refund me and exchange then product

Disappointed

The ring came that we paid 0ver 70 for and on the website it said it was 925 silver but this wasn t the case as it has no stamp on the ring very disappointing with this and when we tried to send bk they state the address is in America but after doing research they are based in Turkey

Hello I have to tell you that I am extremely disappointed The quality delivered is unacceptable The star was clearly structured in the product image the chain delivered has no structure at all In addition the east-west marking is just a spot The edges are irregular and full of casting defects and therefore sharp All engravings were carried out carelessly and unaesthetically with a laser All in all a very poor production and very disappointing

Scam company located in Turkey Send poor quality fake items and the return address is located in a poor residential area in Illinois US The company used to be registered in the UK but was forcibly closed down by companies house for illegal activity Easily verified on the Companies House website Once disputed they begin threatening legal action Not something a real company would ever do Rank armatures and I intend to report to the UK authorities as well as the US authorities The company is also registered to a different US address that is also a poor residential area FAKE AVOID SCAM THREATENING BEHAVIOUR Edit Currently investigating this company Already have enough evidence to pursue the UK companies house listed director Also found enough info to report the business to the US authorities for illegal activity as well This company is 100 a Scam Do not give them your details

I ordered the wrong size ring

I ordered the wrong size ring When I emailed customer service I was met with attitude that I should have double-checked and that they will not send a ring and refund my ring until I check and make sure the size and I need is correct I ve since checked and got the correct ring size we can no longer get a hold of this company at all If this is how this company does business I no longer would like to do business with this company they are not the only company out there that makes silver rings So in my opinion horrible customer service which makes for a horrible business experience At this point I don t even want to exchange my ring I don t care enough to deal with a business like this I m sure what happened with me happens all the time they sell rings they should get used to it they should also work on their customer service skills
