I recently completed my Level 3 Team Leading course and had the pleasure of having Jason Davies as my skills coach Jason was extremely helpful in our time together and helped to make sense of how to link the assessment criteria to my job Jason was available regularly if I needed guidance and offered constructive feedback throughout Would definitely recommend him

Mark Swales is a huge asset to the Tess Group His tutoring is second-to-none and his approach is fantastic He makes tutor sessions fun interactive and ensures that you fully understand what is required at all times Mark is extremely attentive his response time is super-quick and this is very helpful when you have any questions queries If you have Mark as a tutor you will go far Thank you Mark for all your help support throughout my apprenticeship you have been fantastic and made going back into education very enjoyable
