Ticket Merchant is legit - it s a business so clearly you pay premium for their tickets to sold out shows like a scalper but they are an official 3rd party vendor I got the tickets late the evening before the show which was quite stressful but I did get the tickets the seats were not terrible plus Coldplay was worth paying double for in my opinion I would use Ticket Merchant again if I was in the same circumstances in future

Coldplay was just amazing Just wish we could have received the tickets sooner so we weren t worried about not getting them I also wish the times didn t keep changing as to when the tickets would be released However I really appreciated the communication between the service team from Ticket merchant and their customers
