I needed to add an extra when I did my online check ot but the system wouldn t allow me so about 6 hours before I travelled I contacted Twinkle at the travel agency and she helped me tremendously Instead of paying 200 for the extra bag she applied a discount voucher and I got it for 75 so amazing I can t thank her enough Thank you again for your help Twinkle You re a gem
