I cannot say enough about this company I usually don t write reviews but I had to for this company The customer service I received was excellent I ordered a lot of things for my daughter but the sizing just wasn t right for a few of the items I reached out to customer service they reached back out to me ASAP and came up with the resolution and refunded back to me the whole amount of my purchases I could not thank them enough I asked how do I go about returning the items that didn t fit and I was advised that I can keep the items and donate them to someone who is in need and on top of that they sent me a code for 25 off for my next purchase I do have to say just the sizing was off on the items but the quality of the items is great the items that did fit my daughter are beautiful and the quality is very nice I want to thank Jack and Amber with the company for helping me out and being so kind and considerate I will be buying from this company again

Excellent Customer Service

My order ended up being delivered to an incorrect address but Jack from the customer service team was beyond incredible while helping me resolve the issue He was willing to let me pick a new outfit and The Trendy Toddlers would cover the cost of shipping however I requested a refund instead to which they were more than happy to accommodate I have multiple little cousins that I shop for constantly so I m excited to support this business in the future

I needed to change the delivery address and sent an email They responded right away and were more than happy to take care of it I got a lovely note confirming my request It was nice to get that level of customer service

Highly impressed

I have made 2 orders with TT so far The first one I ordered back in March prior to the pandemic starting and it came very quickly I placed another order in June and quickly got an email that it had been sent out from the warehouse After that I had not heard anything so I sent an email to customer service checking on my order and their response was phenomenal They responded quickly overly apologetic for the delays and provided daily updates about the shipping process of my order Even though the shipping is 100 out of their hands they still took the time to track it down for me and give me updates on where it was and when to expect delivery They continued to be apologetic for the delays in receiving my items despite not having any control over the people who are doing the rest of shipping and handling and pandemic delays Will definitely be a returning customer for them having such great customer service

Incredible Experience with Trendy

Incredible Experience with Trendy Toddler customer service I received a gift for my newborn that was missing one of the items and the Trendy Toddler team responded immediately with feedback and credits to get whatever we wanted from the site to make up for the mistake Not only are the clothes adorable but the experience was so wonderful that I will definitely continue to shop with Trendy Toddler
