The member of staff dealing with my order was very helpful in explaining the process in ensuring the logo was of the correct standard also in explaining the process of ordering I was assisted every step of the way in making the order and was helped to correct a mistake I had made unintentionally as well as to advise on the use of embroidery as an alternative to printing and for which I was most grateful I found the process from start to finish straightforward and was extremely pleased with the end result Thank you
