I ve been using The Vaults Group for a year now The staff are very helpful and I ve never had a refusal to gain access to my box even when I ve just turned up out of the blue without calling or messaging to arrange a visit they ve always made it happen with their can do approach The staff are also very patient with me as I usually forget the protocal for entering the vault They guide me through without making me feel silly It s a very proffessional service that s provided and the vault itslef is really cool Having the safety deposit box to keep my items safe gives me piece of mind Things left to me by my Mum which are of great sentimental value and irraplaceable I wouldn t feel comfortable keeping them in my flat I m really happy with the service all round so much so that I m renewing my contract for another year A big Thank You to all the staff at The Vaults Group
