I love meat and I mean I really love meat I m not in to fancy dishes plain and simple that s me Ordered the the Lamb Cutlets minted of course Was well impressed with the size of them even more so when they were grilled and served just as they were Delicious full of flavour juicy tender did I mention tender Like never no more Loads of meat on them and so so tasty Wish we hadn t eaten them all in one go could eat them all over again now BUT we have ordered more Next I also ordered the calf s liver Now I m proper fussy over what liver I eat Don t like it too strong tasting or too thick cut I like it it done in the oven with onions casserole like but my favourite is fried especially when it s sliced thinly hence the calf s liver Lightly fried with a slices of bread dipped into the juices which it s been fried in and then liver sandwiches Not to everyone s taste I guess but don t knock it until you ve tried it This liver is so so tender and tasty and just sliced to the right thickness Unlike the lamb cutlets I didn t eat the liver in one go so that s tomorrow s breakfast sorted The next item I ordered was the sage and onion super stuffing mix delicious I m telling you Now I know some will have stuffing merely with pork or chicken as per the norm as was No Not this stuffing Not with it s addition of delicious Cumberland sausage Now I know I said I like things plain and simple but with stuffing as with Brussel sprouts I do like cooked chopped Chestnuts added to them which I did my choice nothing wrong with the order Now this is not your ordinary stuffing no way here I go with the sandwich malarky again it is absolutely delicious fried that s if there s any left over from your dinner The stuffing along with the Cumberland sausage mixed in fried and eaten in a sandwich is an ideal way of using up any leftovers Like I said I don t think you ll be disappointed

Ordered a whole fillet of beef was sent a beef wellington by mistake Contacted them about the mix up and received a whole fillet promptly Meat was nice and fresh will happily order again
