Good service
I contacted John through a recommendation from another plumber - I had been having issues with my hot water cylinder for over nine months Despite having 6 different plumbers attempting to fix the issue and replacing the whole cylinder the issues had continued and no one seemed to be able to get to the bottom of it Straight away John had a determined attitude to figure out the problem and fix it He listened to my concerns investigated the issue and gave me a comprehensive and detailed plan on the work he planned to carry out When his initial assessment improved the problem but did not fix it completely he was more than happy to come back and try another approach reassuring me that he would not give up until the issue was resolved 2 weeks later and I finally have a fully functioning hot water cylinder with no issues I genuinely cannot heap enough praise on this man - he listened to my concerns kept me up to date with the work he planned the carry out and the price was more than reasonable for the amount of work he had to do I have already recommended him to several friends and any plumbing work I need carried out in the future John would be my first choice

I would highly recommend John
Sean and John true legends I had my central heating and boiler installed from scratch in old Victorian flat lots extra problems as you can imagine plus few extras but they deal with it in a professional and very skillful way Cheers guys I really appreciated your work Highly recommend and defo will use their services again Alex

Can t recommend these guys enough replaced my old boiler quickly professionally when I was having issues very knowledgeable polite First rate service all round they tided hoovered took everything away with them also sanitized any handles surfaces that may have been touched
