Worst service doesn t give full satisfaction to customer ignore and delay to resolve the query of customer product missing when they send it to customer customer cannot return the product if the pkt is sealed or unused

Got cheated As products had bad smell and allergic to skin With some offers they compelled me to buy two units of each They promised to their products if any complain On complaining they took back the products from me and now not picking up the phone or its always busy Now It s almost one month since I ordered I ve wasted rs 3300 and time Please don t trust Now I ve made complain on consumer forum

I am regular customer of wellness shop and buying one particular type of hair colour ever since I have started shopping with them This time also I ordered the same colour and I ordered 10days in advance so that I can use it when I am in need To my disappointment the colour send to me was different from what I ordered I thought maybe there is change in the packing but further to add to my disappointment that the result was so poor after applying It was not any different from Rs 50 - heena pack for which I have paid Rs 1350 - to wellness shop When I spoke to the lady on the phone first she said we replace only in 7days time After I convinced her that it was the wrong product sent to me she said she will speak to the management but it s been 10 days n there is absolutely no reply no action from their end Extremely disappointing If this is the business model on which these people are going to work upon then trust me it will not last for long Hope to get a replacement of my colour soon

No natural only chemical

It is totally cheating for the name of natural product They use chemicals in their product If you want the natural or organic then this is not reliable site to purchase
