Horrible quality The adhesive fell off the front cover before I was able to even put it on The ergonomics of the case if awful It s difficult to touch the volume and power button It took a month for delivery and they charged 49 I am beyond aggravated

Possible Scammers

I purchased a cover in April 2024 I waited at least a month to follow up on the delivery Eventually I received a reply and I was told that the courier could not find the address even though I receive parcels from couriers almost daily Tracking the parcel also shows that it was never collected I was informed that another case will be sent but I never received a new tracking number and the original package still hasn t been collected At the time of writing in August I have still not received it For the past two months I m being ignored and my request for a refund is also being ignored

For the price it s junk quality The first time item came with broken hinges When phone is opened and stand clip opened to make it stand the clip pops out Useless They sent me another piece but the stand clip still pops out I give up PLEASE DON T GET CONNED It s a complete waste of money and time

Delivery without all items no contact with support

I ve ordered both a phone case value of USD 39 95 and a phone charger stand for the car value of USD 59 94 Delivery times were O K but only the case arrived I contacted the delivery service in my country and they explain they only had that one package to deliver to me and to contact the seller I ve now sent an email and submitted three messages in their support queue with absolutely no response Stay away from this company Update 12 09 24 Been contacted about the missing item they wanted a picture of the package received I don t have a picture of the missing package and I ve sent a picture of the actual item received but no more contact now after a week of waiting This seems to be a total worthless site Support seems to be non-existent Update 3 1 25 No more contact after replying to their customer service about the packages I ve also asked for more information but at this time they have stopped writing back to me So basically we ve lost about 600 NOK in this purchase Update 14 1 25 Updated the email thread with the company with the email that was mentioned here will update with progress TL DR Stay away from this company basically thieves
