Lovely clothes poor customer service and 50 hidden import taxes
I loved how this company appeared online however unfortunately this appears to be green washing The clothes were sent to the UK through air mail I would rather slightly longer delivery to avoid this In addition due to Brexit I have been charged an additional 50 on an order which originally cost 100 This is ridiculous as the company clearly stated that it would inform me of additional costs such as this prior to ordering Since my order and complaints the website has been updated to include special conditions for postage to the UK This was not the case before I made the order and now Thinking Mu are ignoring my claims They re lovely clothes but unfortunately I think this company is just another clothing brand trying to come across an ethical and sustainable and unfortunately it is not

Bad quality and costumer service
The clothes online looked really nice and although the they are expensive I decided to make an order Unfortunately two of the four items were damaged when they arrived The linen was coming off and they generally had poor quality There is not much information on how to return items so I emailed the company but did not receive any answer Very disappointed considering the money I spent

Over 10 days waiting and still my order hasn t been shipped
I placed an order over 10 days ago and I m still waiting for it to be shipped I m trying to chase them but nothing happens I m starting to believe this is a scam don t buy here especially if you re planning to buy here for Christmas If not a scam then they need to work on customer expectations

Big tear - poor quality
Very poor quality and definitly not worth the price I bought corduroy pants and after two weeks it got a huge tear The fit was quite large so it didn t even tear because it was tight the fabric was just very poor quality Very disappointing I definitely not recommend

In the photo from the site looks completely different than in life In life the fabric can be different in a bad way I won t order again Totally scam

Poor customer service and returns experience
I ordered some trousers online they didn t fit When I tried to return I followed all the instructions but the parcel just got returned to me and now Thinking Mu aren t returning my emails Very expensive trousers not good customer service
