I have used ThinLenses co uk for a few years now Ash who runs it is brilliant He is very attentive straight forward and the service has been brilliant Just made me varifocal sun glasses and reading glasses both are really good I fully endorse them and hope that anyone buying from them has the same ppsitive experience as I have had Good luck Ash Thin Lenses thanks very muc

Excellent service I spoke several times with Ash who was knowledgeable and friendly There was good communication and my calls were returned promptly when I left a message They were also the best value I could find for reglazing - no hesitation using them again

Excellent Service

I was really struggling to find new glasses and a recent test prompted me to hunt in ernest The Thinlenses site was great because I could look at the frames try them on virtually and compare styles I was still anxious and I contacted them regarding sizes and lense type and they were really helpful I got my order sorted quickly and they look great With the money I saved on my designer frames I am now looking for a second pair and my wife is also bugging me for some sunglasses

I used another service before these guys and they sent me glasses that where broken wrong perscription was a right headache to sort Found these guys gladly my perscription is quite high so I need thin lenses they recomended me double Aspheric Lenses after placing my order so chose them Received the glasses today and they are top notch they have taken care with them and are spot on as I requested I would use the company again I fully recommend them if you need thin lenses Many thanks thin lenses

Excellent first-rate service From my initial inquiry all the way through to delivery I received prompt information and advice from Ash Ordering glasses online for the first time and with a non-straightforward prescription I wasn t totally sure what to expect I can safely say that I will be using their services again in the future

Well pleased with new thin glass lenses in my old frames

Although the frames I sent in to be reglazed were quite old they have been fitted very well with new extra-thin glass lenses In another pair I have plastic lenses with the same prescription from a different online supplier and I can say that the glass lenses give greater and brighter visual clarity This was denied by an optician s assistant when I asked about the difference between plastic and glass lenses

Excellent job

I have a prescription of -10 25 in one eye and -9 5 in the other Thinlenses has done an excellent job mounting polishing and centring my lenses and making them as thin in appearance and light as possible It s much more affordable than the high street and as this is my third time using their re-glaze service I can attest that they have always done a better job than the high street too I think this is perhaps because they are used to dealing with high prescriptions To be honest I wouldn t actually trust just anyone as much as this company because they likely won t have all the options DA lenses and HI glass or perhaps the experience that this lab does I can recommend ThinLenses without reservation

Second purchase

This is the second time I have used ThinLenses to buy my spectacles from I had my eyes tested at an optometrist and received a prescription which I then used to specify what glasses I needed I bought the very thinnest type and am very pleased They just weigh 25g including frame and despite me having a high prescription 6 25 in one eye the glasses are barely larger than the thin metal frame Very pleased indeed
