I purchase this and it was a great experience to purchase it but i told only one thing that you have to improve NIGHT LIGHT FUNCTION if possible give night time continuous ON SO that we see time at night without any difficulty otherwise product quality design functionality is OUTSTANDING

I am very very happy with ThisNew Their products are very good indeed their production times are very quick most items are produced within a few days and delivery has been great All of this has continued even through the worst of the pandemic They are completely trustworthy I have spent a lot of money with them this year - using all of their options from direct bank transfer credit card and PayPal Payments are quick efficient and trouble free ThisNew continue to strive for excellence not only with their products and shipping times but their website support I m delighted how quickly they work on issues of any nature and put work in place to ensure said issues do not happen again Of course I don t end up losing my money because they refund me for any manufacturing mistakes or delivery issues but to be honest considering the amount of orders I have processed with them issues have been very few and far between Their customer service team are excellent They really do go the extra mile for me and I appreciate their efforts very much indeed It is very important to have support from the manufacturer when you are selling their goods with your designs on them I know I can count on ThisNew and their excellent team to support me as I continue to try new products and develop my business I love the online designer that now has full Etsy integration - the speed of this development has been amazing I find this designer so easy to use so much easier than some others out there The print quality is superb and is very true to the online mockups I like the mockups given freely too They are good quality and at least allow me to get a good quality listing up for my product in a very short time indeed All of this allows me to focus on new designs and looking after my customers on a daily basis I highly recommend ThisNew especially if you are a new starter in the Print On Demand business Take time to get to know them communicate with them and you will be fine

These other bad reviews are probably outdated

So a lot of people have rated badly so I was super concerned with bad products mistakes and poor customer service I tried them out anyway as they were doing a niche product I wanted to integrate with Etsy ThisNew s website is a little buggy sometimes but it totally works so long as you are patient and refresh the page There have been instances where I have run into an issue emailed them and they got back in a pretty timely manner One email response was something like 45 minutes after sending whereas another was about 6 hours You can expect much longer if you email them in the weekend So far I can confirm they work pretty well and customer service are very helpful I haven t had to do any returns but instructions on custom products are pretty clear IE make sure your image overlaps with their red lines so your image doesn t miss the print or leave an awkward gap A note about when you link a listing to another platform in my case Etsy You can make your listing in ThisNew s platform Title tags descriptions I thought I would be efficient by not altering any of it and linking it to Etsy and then editing the listing on Etsy as when you complete them on ThisNew it then makes it into a draft on Etsy Basically ThisNew saves the item on what you saved it to be on their platform So when you get a sale the item might not synchronize to ThisNew It s not the end of the world as you just hit the chain-link icon Link item and manually find the listing you made on ThisNew and link it to the sale you made This is fine if you don t have many listings but becomes a bit of a pain if you have heaps So word to the wise Make your final draft of a listing inside ThisNew so orders are automatically synced

The operation on the Thsinew website is simple with an easy-to-follow design which allowed me to quickly get started and saved me from a lot of tedious learning processes The product s interface design is clean and clear with a well-organized layout of features enabling me to quickly locate the desired functions and improving the efficiency of my purchases

ThisNew is a great company that have one of the largerst ranges of print on demand items for very reasonable prices They are ideal if you are looking to start up your own print on demand business Their low prices are fantastic for battling with competition as you can undercut a lot of your competitors whilst still making a healthy profit I noticed that they have received negative feedback mainly due to delays in shipping that I believe would have been caused by the current pandemic but many people won t take that into consideration They have all the shipping delay times available on their site so that there is no loss in delivery expectation and keep you informed on all fronts They have been speedy when it came to contacting them or sorting out transactions I have spent a large amount of money with them this year and have sent out many orders Given the volume of sales the number of issues or lost items that have occurred have been minimal They were quick to refund me with any lost items which many companies don t even provide as they don t take liability once the item has been dispatched I would highly recommend them and believe they offer a great service
