I LOVE Thistle Though I am not a vegan I consistently order vegan meals and find them exceptionally filling delicious and nutritious There is plenty of variety for me Delivery is prompt well packed and the text alerts are much appreciated

Big difference in my health - and affordable too

This has made my diet so much healthier Just 3 days a week of eating plant-based food and my body feels better The portions are generous and usually is 2 servings They have excellent customer service and I appreciate that they take the bags and freezer packs back every week So glad to have found Thistle Now just waiting for them to start using non-plastic products and it will be perfection

Delicious and a Time Saver

I joined Thistle a few weeks ago and have not regretted it once Meal planning and preparation had become a chore Thistle has provided me an alternative that not only provides me with delicious healthy meals but also removes the stress of meal planning prep and gives me back more free time in my day

I had an excellent session with Dani she was very professional and organized and I felt like we were able to cover a lot in the short amount of time I felt like she quickly understood my goals and was able to offer meaningful and useful tips on how to better get there The follow-up email after our session was also very helpful Having a free meeting with a dietitian is a great benefit to thistle

Everything is so fresh and healthy The food combinations are always something that I would never think to put together but they work It is great to be able to count on some truly healthy meals each week Plus they have a nutritionist on staff that will discuss your eating habits with you and help you set goals to maintain good health I highly recommend Thistle

I ve done a few meal plans EveryPlate Freshly before they went out of business Hello Fresh Of all the meal plans this is my favorite One - it genuinely seems the healthiest Two - it s surprisingly tasty I was pretty skeptical of some of the dish names but I haven t had one I haven t liked yet It s a bit pricey but if you want nutrition and convenience- you definitely have to give it a shot Extra bonus for the thistle zipper bags compared to the bulky cardboard boxes that were always such a pain Leave amount of waste I ve seen in a meal plan so far

I m a picky eater and I like the food I appreciate that it comes fully prepared and ready to eat Also great is the ability to customize your order and pause delivery as needed The portion sizes are good I wish the salads had a little more dressing or option to add more dressing The thing I love most is that the food is healthy Its great to have a healthy option fully prepared and ready to eat at the end of a long day This is exactly the service I ve been looking for I think I tried every other service available prior to trying this This feels like the food version of I kissed 100 frogs and finally found my prince

Thistle has changed the game for my husband and I We ve always wanted a food delivery service where no cooking was involved that focused on plant based foods and that wasn t heavy on carbs Thistle is exactly what we were looking for The meals are perfectly balanced and fresh The meals are filling delicious and so healthy The best part is that I didn t have to chop one veggie The price per meal is also a total value It s been months since we started and we still get excited every time we get a delivery

The food is great the delivery is great I am eating healthy and I am losing weight There have been some snacks and breakfasts that I didn t like but i just didn t order them again The ordering process is very easy for me My favorite is the salads and dinners I also like trying new foods

My experience with Thistle has been great so far It s honestly been the best prepped meal service company that I ve tried I love how fresh and clean the ingredients are especially as a vegan Definitely had recommended it to a couple people

Less Carbs Please

I m an omnivore wanting to eat more vegan and Thistle offers a diverse array of plant based meal options As I have a tree nut allergy a plant base diet has been extremely limited for me but Thistle keeps impressing me with their many options of flavors and ingredients without nuts and limited soy products I have tried adding some chicken and have been impressed In general you just feel good eating their beautiful meals It is important not to over order as farm to table organic foods need to be consumed within 3 days to ensure freshness My one major complaint is that I would wish for the option to incorporate MORE greens and veggies and LESS grains per meal as I prefer a lower carb diet Most all of Thistle meals are over 50 grams of carbohydrates albeit healthy carbs This will be the only reason why I will limit how long I use your service I try to scoop out and toss at least half of the grains and then add more of my own greens to most meals

Best for Plant Based Folks

I originally was using Trifecta for convenience as I get busy during the week with my job But it was too expensive for me to get it every week and to me there was not enough variety and the meals were not worth the price With Thistle I get a plant based week of meals with constant variety and the food is delicious I used to hate salads but Thistle changed that opinion I recommend Thistle to everyone that asks and I plan on using Thistle for as long as possible

The Easiest Way to Eat Healthy

I really like the service Takes the guesswork out of eating healthy and counting calories I ve lost 15 pounds just eating Thistle for lunch and dinner on the weekdays The variety is great and most of the meals are pretty good especially if you add some of your own seasonings from the spice rack or a few shakes of hot sauce My only complaint so far is that occasionally the bag gets so jostled on the way to my door that one of the items pops open in the bag and makes a mess But a minor complaint overall I ve recommended Thistle to a few coworkers and I think I ll be using it for a long time Can t beat its ease and cost and the pleasure of guilt-free eating is its own reward

I don t even need to select meals because literally every single one is so tasty and satisfying I have tried at least 5 others and Thistle is hands down the absolute best in flavor freshness variety and nutrient density

Thistle makes my life easier My cooking is now at a very minimum which is just what I want The meals are tasty and healthy better that I would do myself And their customer service is excellent
