I cannot compliment Thomas and Thomas enough for getting my re mortgage over the line the day before my mortgage offer was due to expire with the interest rates rising it was extremely important to me to get this done They have been extremely helpful through out the process and have taken the time to full explain everything that was required as I have not done this before I cannot thank them enough and would advise anyone to use them

Team Laura handled our sale extremely efficiently there were 4 of us on the title some living hundreds of miles away Laura s team kept us all fully updated and made sure all signatures were done in a timely manner We will definitely use Laura again and would recommend anybody who has any property transactions to do to follow suit
