We went into the shop in Cheshire oaks outlet not knowing what we wanted to buy for our two teenage granddaughters Kate served us She was extremely helpful and patient and a credit to the company We came away with two beautiful sets of earrings which we are beautifully wrapped Thank you

Holly was fabulous
Holly was fabulous Very helpful and knowledgeable I ve never shopped here before but it is now mt favourite shop I was on a small budget for a gift for my sister and Holly really helped me find something special within my budget She was so helpful that I had to come back and get something for myself A really special experience and I can t wait to come back for an alien charm

Lovely Isabella Trafford Centre
I had a lovely experience shopping last week as I was served by Isabella at the Trafford Centre store She greeted me straight away and was so helpful finding different pieces of jewellery for some Christmas presents She was very friendly and is a great member of your team

Very happy with my first purchase from this company Was problems with the scanning equipment of the courier company which delayed the delivery However I was provided with excellent customer service from Venessa who chased up my parcel and communicated with me right up until the parcel was delivered to me She is a Superb customer service agent for Thomas Sabo Thank you very much for everything

Quality all the time
All the team no matter who is in are a ray of enthusiam no matter the occasion always a joy to shop with Sunny has guided my style with the rebel collection over the years and its always nice to be remembered Cambridge is worth the visit for the team alone but the quality jewelery is plus too

Best jewelry store
good service and staff We bought a ring it took 2 weeks instead of 2 working days but that s not the company s fault it was the delivery s fault the manager was kind and considerate and they gave us compensation It s nice to see that the company and the manager will do everything to make you happy which is unique compared to other stores
