Just Perfect

Having turned the clock back we popped into Thorne Travel in Largs to book a getaway the traditional way I can gladly say that following being treated to the most VIP customer care experience we will be enjoying a trip to Italy for the first time this May Everything that we could have hoped for was provided by the fabulous staff and we can t quantify how much we appreciated our time at the branch Thank You all and look forward to booking more trips in the future

After coming back from a Cunard cruise in January decided to pop into Thorne travel as we were thinking of another cruise had not decided where we would like to go we sat down with John who went through varies options eventually we decided on the new Queen Ann which sails in September As soon as we walked through the door I knew John was going to be as helpful and accommodating as he could be He gets a ten out ten from us we were treated like VIP we had coffee and cake I told him it was like Cunard afternoon tea It makes a huge difference having staff who are prepared to spend time with you making you feel comfortable we will certainly be booking with them in the future
