Thornton Shepherd are the BEST

I have used Thornton Shepherd twice now and although the situation in using them is to sort out my financial debt first time being of high value which is stressful and emotional Lynne and Carole have both been absolutely brilliant in sorting everything out professionally and with nothing being a big issue to them I would only recommend this company if you need to sort financial debt out

Absolutely fantastic I love the personal customer service I left briefly to go to stepchange and after a month went back as I felt treated more as a person with care and sensitivity and understanding rather than a number on books who has messed up And always a reply to your calls with familiar people who already know your circumstances without having to explain every time to a different person Would highly recommend as I don t feel I m paying a debt more a bill which takes the stress away Brilliant

These guys are just the best Very understanding and patient when I was having difficulty There is never any judgment even when I have made silly errors They are easy to deal with and honestly don t know where I d be without them

I called today in a terrible state I spoke with Lynne and she calmed me right down and advised what to do as worried as I was I took her advice and all was fine She was so amazing and didn t make me feel at all ashamed or embarrassed about being in a financial issue Thank you so much Lynne xx

I contacted in the week with not really a clue where to even begin I had a brilliant advisor called Donna helping me and being so patient She has helped me lift a weight off my shoulders that had me worrying on a daily basis Thanks to Thorton shepherd I can now look forward to a debt free future I would 100 recommend the company will always be grateful
