Normally with lots of other companies i have to wait a week to hear back from anything customer service related I was replied to within a day which is very surprising My questions were answered and I wasn t left wondering anything

Such an easy to use platform where you can get creative I loved creating my mugs a tiny bit glitchy when using multiple photos and the mobile browser so I just switched to my laptop

Good prompt service

after a fair amount of time designing a shirt as a gift in my excitement to order I had incorrectly selected the wrong shirt size I sent an email and within 5 mins my email had been answered referred to someone who could help and my error was corrected within 10 mins follow up email was also received confirming change to order I found the Threadheads team great to deal with

Fantastic customer service

I emailed about a missing item in my order and the team immediately responded with so much understanding and got a replacement shipped out in no time I ve had similar issues with other companies in the past and have either never heard back or it has taken multiple follow ups from me to hear anything so I really appreciate how quickly this was resolved and how understanding and responsive the team was regarding the issue On top of all that the t-shirts are always such incredible quality and I am never disappointed

Good customer service

I messed up my custom shirt and didn t realize until after I placed the order - they answered their customer service so quickly they were able to cancel it and refund me so I could re-place the order before it shipped Thanks
