EDIT one star to five stars for customer service I was by far a very needy customer and they helped me beyond anything I was expecting Best customer service hands down Thank you Ashley old review I bought some purses So far the two that I ve opened up are in need of repair before I even use them One has a zipper track problem The other has one strap handle barely hanging on It was frayed I m scared to open the rest This is a waste of my time and I am not happy

I have ordered maybe 12 times in the last 4 months I have had great experiences Well packaged and orders arrived on time I returned items 1 time The order is still sitting at my local post office I contacted TU and they processed my return I actually placed an order today

The only thing I would change about my orders is when you send it it s sent through FedEx and then it s transferred over to the post office you should just send the packages FedEx only because sometimes things get lost in transition and boxes get open and products are missed
