I wrote a review this morning in which I gave the company one star because they sent me a book where the jacket which had the correct title belied the actual contents I will now qualify my initial review to state that the customer service rep Ryan was very responsive answered quickly no long hold promised a refund after checking that there were no replacement copies in stock Decent customer service in today s world is huge

Good value quick shipping
I ordered 3 books from a series They only had 2 of them used but the other one new I love reading and books can be expensive and really add up so I love the accessibility of an online thrift book store The 2 used books were in decent shape and I had all of them within a few days
