Incorrect destination

I wanted to fly to Zurich, they booked me to Milan (Via Zurich) they said we will cancel the Zurich to Milan leg and so you will have the required Zurich destination. Bad customer service, had to call or connect. no responses on email / Phone. On the day The airline denied tagging my luggage ti Zurich as the itinerary was Milan. They literally told me its illegal to get your luggage removed at Zurich and the destination is Milan!!! I called the agents - no answer, not response, no response to emails, phone calls. Some agent happened to answer the next day and she said " Zach Colmenares would call back) Not happened to date. It's almost 4 weeks past and I cannot keep chasing them with international calls." Avoid these folks totally I have not got any refund I lost 2 tickets to Zurich from SFO $$. Scam!!
