Tailgate Party Confusion

I was really disappointed in the Tailgate directions and ended up missing it We re from our of town and followed instructions given which looked like it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead The paper said across the street but when asking locals it was all confusion and we missed it because we parked inside arrowhead and if we left we would have to pay again The tickets were ok and the g card were easy to use Had a great time and would go again This is 4th trip I just won t buy the tailgate tickets

When I didn t receive the tickets as expected I contacted Ticket Club While the first associate wasn t very helpful I called back the next day and talked with Michael He was great He understood my anxiety and took ownership of the situtation calling be back later that day when he saw that the tickets had been delivered He stayed on the phone with me until I was able to view my tickets

Your system needs to communicate at a much faster rate with other systems to stay updated You can t sell tickets that you don t have

The tickets were good and were well priced The seats were fantastic This was a good purchase Many times however ticket club s prices are higher than other sellers websites prices Saving in fee s matters but it s the total ticket cost that matters most

I qualified for the membership as a

I qualified for the membership as a military members and appreciate that Our seats were great appreciated no additional fees however I had even better seats in my cart at a better price and plenty of time in the countdown yet got an alert when o went to pay that they were no longer available It was frustrating that they weren t held when placed in my cart

Great site for purchasing tickets with no hidden fees It was a little tricky finding my ticket but found it after contacting support

Best app for tickets but

The one and only negative about this site is at times it gets stuck on a seating section and will not allow you to view select any other sections even though seats are available in other sections Seems like a simple software fix Yes - my app is up to date Otherwise this is by far the best app for concert tickets No hidden fees like all the rest

Better prices than most

Prices are usually better than most other 3rd-party sellers I did have to call 2 times and request the tickets to be sent after I paid for them Not sure why I didn t receive the transfer email more quickly
