Do your diligence and do not buy from them

Agree with all the reviews How do I upload my chat with them so you can read the unfair practice I purchased tickets for Park Guel for 10am They gave me tickets for 6pm I could have purchased that time slot on the official Park Guel website and would have paid 10Euros but I ended up thinking since the 10am timeframe was available at 17Euros I am paying the additional euros to get me that time Why was it even available to purchase 100 scammers

We paid over the top for entry tickets expecting an audio guide we we never had Total scam We paid for 2 concessions and one standard ticket plus guides total 62 euros If you go straight to museum ticket desk the total price would have been 45 euros and at least we would have had guides This has really spoilt our experience and emails to the company as we were walking around have provided no help Trouble is you cannot find which is actual museum website because I thought I was on the right website Don t use these people We have asked for audio guide price refund as minimum Nothing yet

I wish I had done my due diligence

I wish I had done my due diligence before purchasing from Ticket Go It wasn t until I finalised the payment that I twigged that I d paid far more almost double than the official entry price to Park Guell The ticket turned out to be legit so that was a relief but it was a total rip off Also I had requested entry for 10am and the ticket I got was for 6pm There was a warning that the time might not be as requested but I could not see the allotted time until I had purchased the tickets and they were sent to me Scroll further down in your search for the official site

Ticket Go Tourism At best deceitful and worst criminal

I got caught by this company exactly as described by others Thought I was on the official Versailles site only realised after I purchased the tickets that it was an operator and I was charged way over the going rate Having read some of these reviews I m now concerned my credit card is compromised and my tickets are not valid I ve a hold on the card and have emailed Versailles to see if they can confirm the tickets Sent an email to Ticket Go Tourism and got the same automated response as other people here This operator needs to make it more clear who they are on their site at a minimum I am very cross that I have been hoodwinked by them

Big scam

Big scam They try to masquerade as the official website and refused to give a refund saying it s in their policy Honestly do you read every single term on a website when you want to buy something as simple as tickets to a park They then sent tickets for the wrong time and proceed to say the same thing that it s in their policy to not give a refund

Refunds

I bought two tickets for the Mus e d Orsay in Paris for October 1st 2024 The museum went on strike and did not guarantee entry which turned out to be true The museum staff assured me that the ticket refund would be automatic I contacted the website ticket to go tourism that sold me the tickets about the situation and they responded that they will only refund the money once the museum issues an official strike statement If the museum was indeed closed due to the strike and I did not use the tickets what are they waiting for This is unacceptable Do not use this reseller

Misleading Ticket Pricing and Unjustified Fees

I recently bought four tickets to the Palace of Versailles from this reseller at 32 each which were supposed to include garden access However I received tickets priced at only 21 each with the remaining 11 listed as fees Essentially I paid for garden access but didn t receive it When I arrived at the Palace of Versailles I had to pay again for the garden access This reseller is misleading and overcharges for services they don t deliver Be cautious and avoid purchasing from them

The website provided by Ticketgotrousim looks like the official Louvre website but it is not Like the previous reviewer I didn t find out it wasn t the Louvre until I received an email from a third party The tickets were not genuine I emailed them for a refund but they just kept referring me to their terms and conditions tickets are non-refundable
