Ticketmaster is easy to use but
Ticketmaster is easy to use Handy to keep tickets on the phone I dont like the fact it keeps logging me out of the app and having to keep verifying and logging in again is a pain Also dont like when trying to order tickets for major artists it thinks I m a bot and logs me out before I can confirm the purchase

Booked a ticket for a Munster match I believed was for Munster v Leinster but I had clicked the game above this option Paid for two tickets and only with confirmation I realised my mistake I contacted them online straight away and was informed that I would be given a full refund Can t ask for more

Excellent customer service from Ticketmaster Contacted after I didn t receive a companion ticket after booking both accessible and companion ticket online on presale When physical ticket arrived there was no companion included Got straight onto chat Couldn t fault how my issue was dealt with Online chat forwarded my issueto accessible team and the companion ticket was sorted promptly for me This wasn t the first time I ve needed help from customer service both times I couldn t fault this service Excellent well done guys
