Excellent customer service After purchasing Blur tickets for the warm up show in Wolverhampton there was a issue with the promoter axs releasing the tickets Ticketport kept me updated and once they realised there was a problem they offered a full refund or a straight trasfer for gold circle tickets for Blur at Wembley which weremuch more expensive I have just received the tickets and I am so happy

The tickets were booked many months before the event but the information was clear what would happen leading up to the event when the tickets would be available When this time came around the instructions were clear straight forward on how the download the ticket use that at the event
