They were dragging their feet for 3 days in the end I spent a lot of money on the ticket then for half a day they couldn t provide information about the luggage whether it was worth paying for it or not at first they said it was necessary and sent the details for payment but for the flight I refused changed the date and route then they said that there was no need to pay for luggage And they didn t even cancel the ticket that I changed the date and route it was valid until the moment of departure so I didn t change it but bought a new one and thanks to Ticket ua I overpaid the money And everything was fine on the plane

False promises

I bought a ticket on Tickets ua for a Eurowings flight but after paying with a credit card I discovered that the 23 kg checked luggage was not included in the flight Moreover when I received the confirmation email from Eurowings to my great disappointment I found out that the small 8 kg carry-on luggage was also not included I emailed Tickets ua support a couple of hours ago but I haven t received a response yet Now I have to pay extra for both the small and large luggage One more thing For some reason they always send the ticket in Ukrainian Come on guys are you serious Nobody speaks Ukrainian outside of Ukraine How am I supposed to show a document in Ukrainian in other countries around the world In case you didn t know English is the most widely spoken foreign language in most countries
