Terrible experience Tictactrip gave me the wrong departure station for the bus Which was leaving at 1 am and I found myself stranded at night in a foreign country In addition I have had zero customer support

I had arrived late from Hamburg to Cologne on 7 June and had to get on to the Eurostar from Cologne to Brussels to get on to the last Eurostar train to London I was very tired as I had travelled from Copenhagen via Hamburg to Cologne I was in a panic as I really wanted to catch the Eurostar out of Brussels I had missed my original train from Cologne to Brussels due to the delays I therefore tried to book the Eurostar from Cologne to Brussels that evening and Tictactrip came up I put in the date 7 June and did not notice it had jumped to the next available train on 14 June from Cologne to Brussels at that particular time I was trying to book I only saw it after I had paid 75 Euro for the mistake I immediately tried to cancel the ticket to absolutely no avail I was given the message that the ticket could not be changed nor refunded And it was all in French which I could not read apart from which I was exhausted I am very disappointed at the way Tictactrip deals and that even with a week to go to the train departure I could not change the ticket or get a refund It just came up with the same message cannot be refunded -- in French I attempted to contact Tictactrip to explain my situation but was put through to a bot I shall NOT be using them again They are pure internet based They dont have any customer service to speak of and it is not possible to get issues resolved So thank you but no thanks I shall avoid in the future and I would seriously advice anyone else to do likewise

Don t trust the positive reviews
Putting this at the top because it appears that tictactrip may not necessarily be a scammer Just a terrible website with a technical glitch that they pretend not to know about that results in double-charges that your credit card company will flag as fraud Tictactrip agreed to refund 1 of the 2 tickets We will claw the second ticket price back using a chargeback The customer service experience has been long an unnecessary battle the entire way and overall simply awful I also seem to have been pushed to a senior employee or possibly a co-founder and they were even more combative than the front liner Below this line is my original review Again I don t believe they are fraudulent even though every indicator pointed to it for nearly a week Just extremely poor business practices to a level that I haven t seen before I m leaving my original review unchanged because 1 They flag every single negative review on trustpilot as harmful illegal and I know that this will happen to more people in the future Hopefully they ll see something useful in the body of this review And 2 Because while I told them I would delete this review with a full refund of both sets of tickets and consider it an honest mistake they re refusing to refund the second set of tickets As such I m still out hundreds of dollars until our chargeback processes on top of the fact that this was an awful customer service experience So while the company may not necessarily be fraudulent their practices absolutely lead to glitches they re well aware of after which they refuse to issue refunds Due to this the review below will answer lots of questions that people will likely have when others inevitably feel they have been defrauded in the future If Tictactrip didn t flag every single negative trustpilot review as harmful illegal it wouldn t be necessary for me to follow this one so closely but it s just plain wrong for a business to artificially inflate their rating with positive reviews that appear to be fluff while also falsely claiming every negative review is harmful illegal Simply nuts Just take a look at other reviews On September 2nd they flagged a litany of negative reviews as harmful illegal Original review now Don t trust the positive reviews This company is fraudulent They have a built-in technical glitch that leads to several charges without even a confirmation step before you submit payment The screen goes blank and it looks like no charge was made I bought tickets through another vendor after this because I had no reason to believe tictactrip actually worked I ve reported them to Eurostar as fraud Eurostar confirmed with me that they look to be so They have refused to refund the tickets claiming that Eurostar is holding the money Eurostar confirmed that this was false and that this fraudster is holding the money So I had Eurostar cancel the tickets and am giving tictactrip one last chance to do the right thing and refund the fraudulent charges I ll delete this review if when they refund my money WITHOUT requiring capital one to claw it back for fraud TLDR DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 3RD PARTY FRAUDULENT EDIT THIS COMPANY REPORTS ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS HARMFUL ILLEGAL THROUGH TRUSTPILOT AND EMAILS YOU CLAIMING THAT YOUR REVIEW IS DEFAMATION See other negative reviews that have made it through their report abuse process They re all the same problem Final edit I read through their reviews My suspicion was correct This company reports every single review as harmful or illegal I suspect that trustpilot deletes the reviews automatically if the reviewer doesn t respond Tictactrip asks for proof that the transaction went as described but they do this knowing full-well that the error is a blank screen that looks like a failed transaction No one would screenshot this In order to prove it one would need to spend more money on tickets they don t need to recreate the situation which happens with every single transaction by the way Have no fear Tictactrip employee I reported the review report abuse to trustpilot and included it in my case review submitted to Eurostar as well as my fraud chargeback for Capital One

Do not use
Do not use Use another website I booked a train journey home on the day and it gave me an error message that it did not work It told me to try again or use another website I then ordered train tickets direct rather than through Tictactrip Then later that day my tickets game through with Tictactrip but for exactly 1 weeks time I know for a fact I did not order this I then checked online to see if they offer refunds its says they did This is good news I thought I then reached out and this was the message I got Hello Unfortunately I cannot refund tickets which has been re-booked I remain available Have a nice day What does that even mean I didn t re-book anything My train is still scheduled for 5 days time so they have plenty of time to cancel it and refund me but still they do not Very disappointed and annoyed I ve wasted money on a trip I won t be going on and I do not recommend

I had a bad experience with TicTactrip
I had a bad experience with TicTactrip The booking was amazing and so was the welcome email Unfortunately my first train was delayed by 3h20 and that meant I was asked 213 to take my second train as my tickets were not valid anymore Nobody wanted to take responsability of the delay I wasted one full day in the trip on top of the initial schedule and I had to find alternative tickets by myself at the last minute

Technical Website Glitch - Double Payment No Refund
Had a technical error on their site it charged me twice for two sets of tickets and they refused to refund me Explained in detail the issue was honest and they weren t helpful If you re afraid of being charged twice due to their website not working properly do not use them

SCAM website- no customer service fraudulent charges
I booked a ticket for a train from Paris to London Though I was on the site in ENGLISH I was sent an email entirely in French which I could not read and then a follow up email with no tickets also in a language I could not read I attempted to cancel the ticket which were not issued to me and were for the wrong date and I could not find a phone number on your site to do so I am Canadian and don t even have a European Union number to fill out your form and you would not let me submit the form without a number from the EU As a travel agency you should have a contact number on your site THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT SITE I have spoken to Eurostar who have told me to never book on a third party website PLEASE NEVER BOOK ON THIS SITE - BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY

We tried to book a trip
We tried to book a trip and the website showed that it was available and that there were seats on the bus We filled in all the required information but at the final payment stage a message appeared saying they didn t have a ticket for us or something similar The website didn t indicate that the trip was unavailable it still showed as available To check we tried booking for just one person suspecting there might not be enough tickets for a group However in the end it wasn t possible to complete the booking even for one person No one was able to pay for the trip We wasted a lot of time and the prices on the website kept changing every minute while it continued to show that the trip was available and could be booked The system was completely faulty for this specific trip in this case

combined train and bus tickets
Tic-tac trip gives a way of combining train and bus journeys to reach any destination Unfortunately there was a fault in the system so our train ticket arrived immediately but the bus ticket was not there But an email to the contact link led to the bus ticket arriving safely Hopefully these difficulties have been resolved Thanks for sorting for us
