Nice tool I ordered a month license of Tidabie on October it works fine on most of time I can download Tidal songs in a super fast speed I saw some errors a few weeks ago Failedxx I can t remember and contacted the support team via email they replied very soon and gave me a fix on the next day VERY VERY impressed Thank you guys I ll consider to upgrade to year plan

The software has major technical issue It stops working after some time When it is working it results in a above acceptable CPU temperature The support is ignoring all requests that do not ask for a refund Once you ask for a refund they have a lot of excuses and start ignoring you after some time The promised 24 7 support is not existing The money back guarantee appears to be a scam Stay away from this software

sofware stoped working after a few downloads not enough costumer support and i think i will request my money back when downloading songs the program is very cpu intensive and takes a fair amount of time to convert the songs To be honest some of the reviews seem fake

Conversions hang support lacking in quality care

For nearly a year I was very satisfied with the software However a little over a month ago song conversions started hanging at 99 This is software that I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR Technical support has been a nightmare telling me to be patient 30 support e-mails now in the past month and even tried to switch me over to other programs that they suggested are better These other programs were so slow that a switching would be a stupid and costly endeavor b the new programs were touted to have faster conversion features far from accurate as the new program was only 1x speed that DID NOT even exist and when I brought this issue to the support person a attention I was told oh sorry That feature 10x speed is not available in the version we want you to switch to and c why pay good money to a company for something else that is inferior when what I ve currently paid for FAILS After a few days of silence I wrote them back asking why the silence only to be told we tried to switch you to another program and we told you to be patient This is not how PAYING consumers should be treated Do yourself a favor and stay away from this program You ll thank me later It s too bad You could have had a good review by me And if Tidabie decides to fix the problem and compensate me accordingly I may consider deleting this comment If it was possible they wouldn t even get one star UPDATE After two months complaining about the lack of a solid working product I wrote to support and asked for a refund for these two months Their response Canceled my service WITHOUT REFUNDING ME AVOID THESE CROOKS
