I never had such a bad service
I never had such a bad service they don t reply email hotline has always bad connections It was first time I ve ordered in the online stores for animals I have ordered many things but I had to return 2 things one was broken and the other was not the same as on the Web site I made an order to Portugal I called to the hotline to process the return and I explained a situation I send the goods on 23rd of July and they received on the 27th of July and till now I didn t receive any refund on my account and today is a 13th of August on the 30th of July they confirmed to me that they received the goods and they will return money during 14 days But yesterday they asked me again to send confirmation of sending the goods After I placed in a copy layer from the Deco protest they started to replay and they started to say that they receive the goods only on the 2nd of August But how it is possible to send conformation that the goods were received on the 30th of July then to say that the goods were delivered on the 2nd of August Because if they didn t transfer money during 14 days they need to return double of the value And they didn t say sorry for the situation and didn t offer nothing from the store as discount or gift card for the future purchases nothing No client service at all I don t recommend to buy in this store

I have ordered twice from this company
I have ordered twice from this company and twice I have not received anything I have been refunded for the first order I cancelled and I am in the process of doing the same for the second order Their website states a 24 48 delivery time rubbish I believe this is due to the courier company SEUR that they use Every time I am expecting a delivery from any company that is handled by SEUR there is a problem I suggest Tiendanimal changes couriers and many of the complaints made would not occur

Third party sellers unclear have different policies on tiendanimal
They used to be pretty good however there is no deliniation when you re buying directly from Tiendanimal and when you re buying from their marketplace of third party sellers each of which has their own return policy and terms and conditions This means that this ONE ecommerce website will direct you to more than one terms conditions legal document--which is extremely confusing Further when you re checking out to pay for an item from a marketplace seller no attention is drawn to this and it s unclear for people purchasing that they re not going to receive a guarentee or return policy that TiendaAnimal will actually stand behind This means you r ekind of on your own and have to do a lot more work to return an item all because they are not super clear about when you re purchasing from their marketplace vs when you re purchasing from them

Misleading Advertising and Terrible Customer Service
All my Premium Points were suddenly cancelled from my profile When I emailed the customer service the response was basically a link to the terms and conditions After reading the terms it said that before any points were due to expire Tiendanimal would send an email to the customer I emailed back to confirm I had received no such email plus on the information about Premium Club it was written that points never expire But the response was negative and unhelpful

Ordering online is a disaster
I had ordered cat food 6 small cans and 9 bowls online 07 12 When entering the delivery address shipping costs 3 99 in the profile the place of residence was not available for selection only the municipality From SEUR we got on 15 07 a message that the address does not exist So we chose a pickup location It should then be ready for collection there at the earliest on the next working day So today July 18th we made our way to the address given by SEUR A gas station that wasn t marked as a pickup point and the new employee didn t know about it either All attempts to contact SEUR have been unsuccessful So we left again in the afternoon Have asked in surrounding shops and are also again in the gas station This time another employee was able to help us Upon opening it at home we find that the lining was simply lying loose in the box All food bowls are damaged by the small cans If they can be opened at all the food will spill out straight away We paid 3 99 euros for shipping so that we didn t have to drive to the Tiendanimal shop in Palma 24 km away In the end we had to drive 40 km and invest 2 hours to get the cat food almost a week later More than half of which are damaged We do not recommend ordering online

Don t trust the 24 48h delivery
Ordered some dog food because they claim they deliver in 24 48h 5 days have passed and my order is not even with the delivery company Tried to find an option to cancel and get a refund nothing Tomorrow I will try to call them Let s see

Poor delivery service Never again
Great service from tiendianimal online Order despatched promptly But they are badly let down by their couriers because of the courier making delivery arrangements impossible and refusing to come to the house I now have to drive to buy the order completely taking away all the benefits of online home delivery service added to which I have paid for goods and delivery neither of which has been delivered Another customer lost through the poor service from SEUR
