It has been a week and still i havn t
It has been a week and still i havn t recieved any information at all about my package - and i have tried calling 3 times with the phone not being picked up once - are you guys doing the siesta all day or do you actually use your day to work - i would have my doubt with the given customer-service

Desoneste service Found a promo for a padel racket and put ir on the shopping card Before finishing the order I made some questions via the website whattsapp chat During this conversation they have increased the price of the product in my shopping cart When I asked what happened they said simply that there was a price increase and if I take more time the price would probably go up again I have all the prints from conventions and prices

No delivery after the purchase so far
Dear On 12-12-2023 I placed an order of two Palas To this date I have not received anything I have already tried to contact Padel 5 by telephone several times but do not get a hearing I was answered by e -mail the first time that the delivery will take between 7 to 10 working days When I ask for a tracking number from UPS I don t get an answer of the company I still hope for correct delivery but I have my doubts

Awful experience
I ordered a racket and paid for it 2 weeks ago As of today I havent heard any news or estimate delivery date Tried to contact the company through e-mail and WhatsApp and they didnt respond Even sent a message saying that in this case I prefered a refund and still no response Do not recommend their services

Faulty and damaged racket sent return request ignored
The racket they sent me Starvie Astrum pro arrived in a battered package with no protective packing at all On inspection there has been a small impact to the racket Furthermore the racket itself seems to have skipped quality control Rough edges everywhere and a HAIR painted over and included in the bubbly messy paintwork When speaking with the shop they told me that the racket is still going to be fine to play padel with Well even a frying pan would be fine to play padel with but I m not going to spend 120 euros on it With an expensive racket like this I do not think it s unreasonable to expect high quality and this racket is a disaster with damage that could potentially develop into a crack if I use it When I asked to return it at their cost due to the clear flaws they argued bitterly and have ignored my last message completely I am genuinely surprised by how awful the customer service is as I don t think I ve ever had to argue like this with a company over an unacceptable product and had them ignore the return request which is a consumer right I will be investigating how to take this complaint further - Jessica W

Compr un producto en Tiendapadel5 el 2 de diciembre de 2024 y hoy 23 de diciembre de 2024 todav a estoy esperando recibirlo Lamentablemente no obtengo respuestas claras del vendedor salvo que seguramente llegar pronto El env o se realiz con GLS pero desde el 6 de diciembre de 2024 el estado del paquete no ha cambiado GLS Suiza me inform que el paquete est perdido pero Tiendapadel5 insiste en que no es as aunque tampoco pueden decirme d nde est He solicitado que me devuelvan el dinero ya que el paquete est desaparecido pero me han dicho que solo recibir mi reembolso cuando Tiendapadel5 reciba de vuelta la mercanc a Mientras tanto debo esperar No recomendar a comprar en Tiendapadel5 No solo tardan en responder sino que en la mayor a de los casos debo enviar 2 o 3 recordatorios antes de recibir una respuesta Y cuando finalmente contestan solo dicen que debo tener paciencia porque llegar pronto Despu s de m s de 21 d as mi paciencia se ha agotado I purchased an item from Tiendapadel5 on December 2 2024 and as of December 23 2024 I am still waiting to receive it Unfortunately I am not getting any clear answers from the seller except that it will surely arrive soon The shipment was made through GLS but the status of the package hasn t changed since December 6 2024 GLS Switzerland informed me that the package is lost but Tiendapadel5 insists it is not although they can t tell me where the item is I have now asked them to refund my money since the package is untraceable However they said I would only get a refund once they have the item back Until then I must wait I would not recommend buying from Tiendapadel5 First they rarely reply and I always have to send 2-3 reminders before they respond When they finally do they just say I need to be patient as it will arrive soon After more than 21 days my patience has run out

I do not recommend this shop Order Order 190564 28 01 2025 for 629 35 euro After 4 days the order was not dispatched I wrote to them on whatsapp and asked what the problem was It turned out that they had calculated the shipping cost incorrectly and asked for an extra 15 euros only after that my goods were dispatched In this case it was not my fault You have incorrect information on the Delivery page It is your problem that you did not calculate Disgusting service Received the parcel the box is intact no damage Opened it inside Adidas metalbone HRD with chipped paint Who will compensate me for this Photo of the damage sent you mail
