I bought a Lenovo laptop as I was in need of a new one I was impressed by the offerings on the Teir1 website buying refurbished made sene for me that was in Nov 23 so it was a no brainer when I decided to get another IPad I got an excellent deal and I am very happy with the service I have received from Teir1 They re products were as described well packaged and delivered promptly So overall I would recommend Teir1 and I will certainly return when looking for other tech in the future

I ve just received my macbook pro It looks like brand new machine It had a tiny scratch I called up Tier 1 to check about this they confirmed hardly visible The customer service is great Totally recommend DPD delivery on time Good packaging

I find the website very easy to navigate to find what I want for a very reasonable price 3 laptops purchased delivered to Northern Ireland 2 days later and within in the 1 hour slot promised by the couriers One laptop unfortunately had a couple of non responsive keys but quickly sorted by customer services and a replacement arriving tomorrow

First class product and First class service

This was my first time purchasing from Tier1 having been recommended to them by my brother and his brother in law who runs an IT company in Dorset The experience has been fantastic The product was easy to select and the grade was easy to determine before purchase The Yoga X1 arrived as promised with correct software within 3 working days It was well packed The quality was amazing for a 1 5 year old laptop at half the original price Hardly a mark on it and works perfectly Was a slight issue in that the free charger included was not the correct Wattage but Tier1 apologised and a replacement was supplied within two days Customer service via their online contact was fast responsive and emails very helpful and quick I would thoroughly recommend the use of Tier1 for quality products that help to save the environment while also saving the cash in my and my business pocket

Excellent service It is a Christmas present so only switched on to test so far Only negative was the DPD courier service that had left the boxes outside my front door but had said they were in my safe place Luckily it wasn t raining as I was not home at the time

Ease of finding the laptop I wanted Simple process to order and very quick delivery Laptop as described with a clean install of windows so like new when switching it on for the first time Minor marks on case as expected but screen and keyboard are perfect

Simple clear and concise website Easy to compare the models and spec up the chosen laptop Then delivered quickly in excellent secure packaging Really can t find a fault Happy to recommend

Good choice of MacBooks

Good choice of MacBooks some insight as to suitability provided on the website Did some extra research elsewhere as wasn t in a position to buy a very current model and wanted to make sure refurbished Mac would perform adequately for its user Would have been helpful for some extra guidance as quite a bewildering experience given I ve no knowledge of MacBooks that said I guess I could have phoned up Quick delivery and well packaged particularly glad of the 12 month warranty which suggests the company has confidence in its products

Was replacing the same model laptop due to an accident and was dubious about replacing with a refurbished so was very happy when it arrived as it looked like new Works perfectly and arrived as expected all at half the cost with a 3 year warranty
