Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service Place an order and paid however it came to the day of collection at 1 30pm and realised I hadn t been told what time to collect I called and left a message saying I need confirmation of when to collect and if someone could call back I then received a call from a very aggressive person saying I m calling from Tiffany s balloons you did have a time to collect on the booking form you didn t fill it out I said I must of missed this as I didn t specify a time once I paid I was then told I did in fact know the time as it s on the booking form again aggressively asking when I want it I said sorry is there an issue I m not sure why you re talking to me like that I just want a time I m not accusing you it s not a problem She said how about if you keep going on I cancel the balloon and give you a refund I said sorry I m just saying you didn t give me a time there s no need to be rude or aggressive Again she said I ll tell you what I ll cancel the balloon I said no problem The most aggressive insane unwarranted attack I ve ever had simply from saying I don t remember being given a time Absolutely avoid
