I bought two Tile Pro to use in my car

I bought two Tile Pro to use in my car so I know where I parked it Both Tiles did not work properly They showed wrong locations There is no phone number to call so I exchanged email messages for two weeks Different persons gave me different tasks to do but nothing helped Now I can sent the product back but I have to pay for postal costs myself

No respect for environment or customers

Tile is now making Tile Mate trackers which have non-replaceable batteries and they hide this information as much as possible They even have the nerve to insult their customers intelligence by claiming this is a design trade-off when it s clearly a conscious decision to maximise profits at the expense of generating e-waste They have no respect for the environment and no respect for their customers so they don t deserve our money

Do not buy

I bought a kit for Christmas during the payment on their site an error occurred the delivery address was completely wrong and the package was sent to another address out of 55 the company only refund me 35 with the return costs at my expense inadmissible do not buy from them scam

Lousy product and worse customer service

WHEN this rarely works it works well BUT most of the time it does not Even with a PREMIUM service option their web site help chat does NOT work you can t call for help because they removed their tel UNFORTUNATELY I already own 8 tiles which I will replace with Apple Air Tags Apple KNOWS the meaning of customer service

Order seems to have been misplaced or otherwise lost in the shuffle while they update their system Still no tiles delivered Very poor customer service I will be contacting BBB and CC fraud department

Didn t even get chance to try out

Didn t even get chance to try out device as could not get past continue with order after more than hour on chat I was finally told problem was do not deliver to N Ireland even though we are part of UK Why cannot you put that on your website Do not deserve my custom and warning to anyone from my country DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with Tile com

Literally the worst customer service

Literally the worst customer service ever They escalated my complaint with a product that never worked then as they haven t resolved it tell me its out of the 30 day warranty They have my tile I m still waiting for a refund They now need to escalate that Absolutely dreadful

Horrible on line ordering experrience

Ordered from the site on March 19th After a couple weeks I contacted them via chat and was told the address was wrong even though correct in the confirmation Reorded and 10 days later no order Chat said the items were out of stock Why wasn t I notified 10 days ago I ordered the items for a trip and there is no way I ll get them on time What a horrible customer experience

Refused to refund for missold premium service which doesn t work in ifelandAFTER buying got

Paid for premium then AFTER buying got message to say it doesn t work in Ireland Requested refund and was denied although this is clearly missold Reporting theft to bank
