Friendly Helpful and Good Value

I walked into the Cannock Store looking for some tiles for my small Bathroom Jean behind the counter was quick to assist and within ten minutes i walked out the shop with everything i needed Great value for money I will most definitely be using Tile choice again when i look to renovate my next 2 bathrooms What a difference friendly and helpful staff makes in this world All the other staff members were so friendly behind the counter as well

I recently visited Tile Choice in Worcester and I must say the service exceeded my expectations Andy was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient in helping me choose my tiles Stu carried some additional purchases to the car for me which I greatly appreciated I highly recommend Tile Choice to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great variety of tiles

Tile Choice Derby store great service

Though I haven t yet purchased any tiles I am very impressed with the customer service in the Derby store particularly from Brad He is super helpful and has been extremely patient whilst I to and fro with my ideas Great choice of tiles as well

Worcester Store

Worcester Store Amazing customer service I initially placed an order that was delivered but realised that I d ordered tiles that were to big so went back to Worcester store and asked if I could exchange them for a smaller tile they unloaded my tiles and then arranged for the new tiles to be delivered because the service was so good I ordered extra tiles for the other bathroom and got them delivered at the same time Massive thank you to all involved

Great service from Josh Ordered via the Internet Managed to find my tiles from a number of shops to fulfil an additional order when I hadn t ordered enough Went above and beyond and kept me updated Customer service at its best

Originally went in the Cannock branch to see the tiles to make a choice Get a quote and then put the products in online and somehow the quote was cheaper which is why I chose to purchase online Also offered a blue light discount which wasn t mentioned in store
