Uneven edges of tiles

Very disappointed with the product and no costumer service basically I bought a pattern which included a small taco tiles in between them but I received a leftover tiles which has been cut from a big one not equal edges nor matching to anything Although sent an email no one responded and no response to call as well Absolutely disgraceful and disgusted about whole experience

Fabulous so far

Only ordered samples so far but amazingly quick super service One that was out of stock they have sourced from another supplier and emailed me to let me know it will arrive separately I also phoned and was given advice on tile thickness Actually had customer service what a rare thing nowadays

Great service from kris Very knowledgeable about product and doesn t try to push high end gadgets to go with it Really impressed with the service just hope the product is as good When I finally get it installed but looks like it should be good and the best out there to serve my purpose

Superb service and great prices Prices are unbeatable for such great quality tiles Communication is exceptional answered all questions Delivery was quick two packages got broken during delivery despite being well packaged and even so I told no need to rush replacement was delivered to me the very next day and it says a lot about how good the company Will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to all my friends
