I have my own bathroom and tiling company and have used tile giant Chester for over 3 years now the customer service and quality of tiles have been outstanding Any minor issues that we have come across have been delt with quickly and professionally this helps us provide the best service to out customers Sam and the team have been amazing at what they do and have vast knowledge of the products they sell Would highly recommend

Norwich branch - Excellent

Was really unsure of using a large company for our tiles as often it s a compromise good prices but too big to offer good service However we were seriously impressed by the range price and excellent customer service Staff in the Norwich branch were helpful knowledgeable and offered a proper personal service service you often only find in smaller businesses Well done and thank you

Great experience at Tile Giant

We visited Tile Giant at South Shields We found a floor tile we loved but couldn t find a wall tile to match We would have left the store without making a purchase but we were approached by Michael the sales assistant He was so helpful and knowledgeable suggesting suitable tiles and matching grout We were able to purchase tiles we love with his help Couldn t recommend highly enough

I visited Tile Giant in South Shields while I was in the area and I m so glad I called in Paul helped me with all I needed and answered all of my questions he even gave me a brief lesson on how to tile and I came away with everything I needed and the confidence to tile a fireplace hearth myself He really went above and beyond and I would recommend tile giant to anyone because of it The tiles arrived quickly and tile giant itself has a fantastic range of tiles Very impressed

5 stars are not enough Nathan you re fab

If I could add more stars I would Nathan and his team at Tile Giant Nottingham were so knowledgeable and helpful at assisting us They were efficient and went above and beyond to help us with our enquiries and eventually a purchase all during my lunch break Great prices quality and service Don t shop around come here

The staff Terry Felipe and Dylan at Tile Giant Sutton were very helpful and friendly when I went to the store to look for mosaics and metal trim on 14th and 20th September I would certainly recommend anyone to visit the store and ask for assistance

Would highly recommend the Tile Giant store in South Shields Staff are really helpful and friendly particularly Michael who went above and beyond and was great at providing advice when I was choosing which shade of grout amongst the large choice of greys to get for my floor tiles I m sure they must get fed up up of customers who are fussy and indecisive but he was very patient All in all first class customer service
