Kitchen Ceiling decorated due to faulty Boiler leak

We moved into our new home less than 2 years ago and have recently found a leak on the kitchen ceiling whick happened to be an issue with the boiler upstairs Stewart Sellers Customer Service Operative was able to fill the gap the plumbers had left when they fixed the leak repainted and redecorated the ceiling to a high standard Superb job Thanks so much Stewart

I have recently moved into Tilia Landimore park development And starting from searching the property to move in every step got amazing timely support from Alex addressing all queries also from their suggested Mortgage advisor Solicitor team Also after moving in getting good support suggestions and looking after small issues with the property So far good experience with the Tilia Homes and wishing them all the best Will keep posted how the journey goes on coming days

Tilias Alston Grange site excellent

We moved into the Alston Grange site at the end of June 2022 and have found Tilia very good Dave Adam and Denise the site managers and sales staff have been excellent communicators and getting the minor issues you expect with a new build sorted very quickly Most houses seem sold though more are near completion and more to be built Longridge is a lovely area of the Ribble Valley and its a very friendly neighbourhood Would definitely recommend

My review rating is solely based on Graham Dixon s customer service We faced a number of issues snags after purchasing our new build Subsequently we had a number of different agents visit the property and we struggled to make any kind of progress with our snagging Graham was able to assist me on a number of different visits he always ensured to take a thorough list of the issues and remedial works were carried out smoothly He was extremely polite kind and made it feel as though nothing was too much hassle Credit to the company thank you Graham

We recently moved into a property at Sovereign Gate and cannot recommend Tilia Homes enough Will has been a pleasure to work with and we are grateful for the high level of service we have received Nothing has ever been too much for him and he often went out of his way to help us From move in Ben and Richard have been equally as helpful and regularly check in to ensure we are satisfied and everything is okay Many thanks again for making this process as smooth as possible as first time buyers
